Two-Hour Workshop
The Heels with Laurin Method is more than a dance class—it’s a movement experience designed to help women reconnect with their confidence, strength, and authentic expression.
Rooted in technical training, somatic awareness, and empowerment, each class blends foundational heels technique, posture, balance, musicality, and performance skills with intentional movement that encourages self-discovery and personal growth.
You will be welcomed into a supportive, judgment-free environment where progress is celebrated and confidence is cultivated. Expect a balance of drills, across-the-floor training, choreography, and mindful movement designed to help you feel strong, capable, and connected in your body.
