1, 2, 3 Tango

Class Details

Born in the social dance halls of Buenos Aires, Argentine Tango is a captivating, improvised partner dance known for its intricate footwork, subtle communication, and emotional depth. It’s a dance of connection — with your partner, the music, and the moment. Beginner Series: 1-2-3 Tango Our signature beginner series uses a three part structure, a progressive monthly structure that guides you through the essential elements of Argentine Tango: 1. Moving Together – One couple moving at the same time in the same direction 2. Taking Turns – Moving at different times creating circles, curves, and options 3. Key Elements – Some elements may seem advanced, but in Tango they are fundamentals This extended class allows for deeper instruction, partner drills, and guided practice. We recommend attending all four weeks to experience the full progression.
