Check out our one-of-a-kind class “Dancing in the Dark” for a workout like you’ve never had before! The first 10 minutes we will cover basic choreography and then we turn out the lights and turn the music UP! Soundtrack will alternate weekly.

Our Latin HIIT class is designed to make your heart pump by combining HIIT and Tabata techniques with many different Latin dance styles like Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Jive, Reggaetón and much more. We will use small weights, bands and more for alternating strength work.
