Yoga for Dancers

While encouraging both breathe and mindfulness, this class is a calm and stabilizing way to help you feel more present in your body which can also improve your dancing. Targeting stretch towards the primary muscle groups we use in dance, improving balance and coordination, and leaving with a renewed sense of peace are all benefits you can expect from taking this class. Open to anyone! Drop-ins welcome.
Cancellations/rescheduling for all lessons must happen at least 24 hrs in advance or you will be charged the full amount. There are no refunds for pre-paid group classes, but if you have an injury or illness that won’t allow you to participate, let us know and we will give you a credit for when you can return.
