Service Description

​Level 1 – Salsa Fundamentals Perfect for: Total beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the basics. This class introduces the essential elements of Salsa, including rhythm, footwork, basic turns, and how to dance with a partner. It’s the ideal starting point if you’ve never danced before or are looking for a confidence boost. You’ll learn: • The Salsa basic step • Right turn and side basic • Partner connection in open and closed hold • Timing and rhythm in music • Social dance etiquette No experience needed! Just bring comfy shoes and a good attitude. Level 2 Perfect for: Dancers who know the basics and are ready for more movement. Here we start combining basic moves into short combos and introduce more structured lead/follow skills. You’ll build your coordination and comfort dancing with multiple partners. You’ll learn: • Beginner Salsa combos • Clear lead and follow techniques • Directional changes and footwork drills • Timing at a steady pace Prerequisite: Comfort with the Salsa basic step and right turn, plus the ability to stay on beat in open and closed position. Level 3 will be a class for those who have mastered the elements in Level 2 and are ready to add more creativity and complex movements. May run concurrently with level 2 Both classes will run simultaneously This 4-week progressive class will cover the following and more. •          Week 1: Fundamentals, shines and solo work •          Week 2: Connection, lead and follow •          Week 3: Additional patterns and combinations of figures •          Week 4: Musicality and putting it into practice ALL levels start at 630PM Social dancing to follow 830-11PM
