Service Description
These two unique classes will alternate monthly and are the brainchild of Yvette Salazar. They focus on posture, core strength, and cardiovascular fitness using Ballroom dance steps and mobility exercises. ELEGANT LINES Focus: Posture and Upper Body Movement This class is designed to help participants improve their posture and upper body strength through the graceful movements of Waltz and Foxtrot. By focusing on spinal mobility and fluidity, this class encourages better posture, releasing upper body tension, and enhanced body awareness. LATIN COREFocus:Core Strength and Cardiovascular Health Latin Core offers an energetic workout that combines ChaCha and Salsa. This class emphasizes core strengthening, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, providing a fun and rhythmic way to get fit while enjoying Latin dance styles.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/rescheduling for all lessons must happen at least 24 hrs in advance or you will be charged the full amount. There are no refunds for pre-paid group classes, but if you have an injury or illness that won’t allow you to participate, let us know and we will give you a credit for when you can return.
