Welcome to our "Restore & More" yoga class, a holistic journey of self-restoration and rejuvenation. This unique class, guided by our experienced instructor Astrid, offers a harmonious blend of Restorative Yoga, Hands-on Adjustments & Energy Work, Guided Meditation, and a transcendent Sound Bath experience.
What to Expect:
In this class, Astrid will lead you through a Restorative Yoga session, emphasizing deep relaxation and mindfulness. You'll have the option to receive hands-on adjustments and Reiki, offered by Astrid herself. Throughout the practice, you'll remain in each posture for extended periods, typically 3-8 minutes, supported by an array of props such as cozy blankets, plush pillows, and sturdy blocks. This gentle, supported yoga allows you to fully surrender into each pose, promoting profound relaxation and physical comfort. After the yoga segment, Astrid will expertly guide you through a soothing meditation and a transformative Sound Bath.
