BomBooty Shake and Celebrate!

It’s no surprise that many of us struggle with the relationship with our bodies. We live in a world that tells us what kind of bodies are “good”, which ones get the spotlight, and which ones get the love. The constant fluctuation between feeling like our bodies are too much and not enough is exhausting and taxing on our physical, mental and emotional health.

The good news is that it doesn’t always have to be this way! Your mind and body want to be at peace with each other! Finding liberation from the inner mean girl will have you feeling lighter, more alive, and living with more energy, ease and grace.

Hi, I’m Shawna, and for my birthday I want to share with you some of the most impactful tools that have helped me find delicious comfort in my own skin. I lived many years waking up in the morning, looking at the mirror and basing my mood on how I felt about my body. And most days, I felt shitty about her, which in turn resulted in feeling shitty in general.

Thanks to many years of expressive dance, personal development work and life coaching, I went from vacillating between obsessing or avoiding my body to honoring, nurturing and DELIGHTING in her.

Now when I look in the mirror, even if I’m not “feeling so hot” I hold my body with tender love and compassion. Let me tell you, the relief and freedom I feel in healing this crucial relationship is a gift that benefits every aspect of my life.

We will combine movement, journaling and discussion with the intention of helping you on your journey of feeling at home in your incredible meat suit. We will be including some twerk moves so make sure you wear loose pants or shorts that allows all the jiggles to come party with us!I would be so thrilled and honored for you to join me.
